Re: Immigration Reform / No Amnesty, No Healthcare For Illegals
Gentlemen:
While Congressional Leaders have repeatedly claimed that this Obama-backed health care bill will not cover illegal aliens, FAIR's analysis has shown that the legislation actually contains several loopholes that would give taxpayer-funded health insurance and other handouts to illegal aliens - in the form of so-called "affordability credits" to pay for health insurance!
By an overwhelming majority, as confirmed by a Rasmussen Poll of June 2009, 80% of American taxpayers have said they do not support healthcare coverage for illegal aliens, nor do we support open border policies which promote free and lucrative trafficking of illicit drugs, guns and the hiring of undocumented workers who invade local communities with no intentions of assimilating into society, obeying our laws, respecting or abiding by our Constitution.
I urge you in the strongest terms to consider a bill which would enforce precepts to correct and alleviate such grievous wrongs suffered by American taxpayers as a result of bleeding heart liberals pandering to millions of illegal immigrants as potential illegitimate voters in forthcoming elections and a motivation to ignore organic constitutional responsibility.
In the interest of national security and the best interest of your fellow citizens now at risk, please consider crafting and introducing, for immediate implementation, a bill which explicitly includes the following provisions:
10 COMMANDMENTS OF LEGAL IMMIGRATION
- IF YOU ENTER THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ILLEGALLY OR OVERSTAY YOUR VISA, YOU WILL NEVER BE ELIGIBLE TO BECOME A CITIZEN OF THE US. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- IF YOU HIRE SOMEONE WHO IS ILLEGAL, YOU AND / OR YOUR BUSINESS WILL BE FINED $50,000.00 PER EMPLOYEE. “STRICT LIABILITY” WILL BE THE LEGAL STANDARD.
- THE POLICY OF “ANCHOR BABIES” IS NO LONGER THE LAW. YOU ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE TO BE A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES IF YOU ARE BORN “OF” A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
- “SANCTUARY CITIES AND / OR STATES” WILL RECEIVE NO FEDERAL TAX DOLLAR REVENUE SHARING OR MATCHING. ADDITIONALLY, FEDERAL / INTERSTATE HIGHWAY SPEED LIMITS AND STANDARDS WILL REMAIN AS THE TEMPLATE.
- “SANCTUARY HOUSES OF WORSHIP”, IN DIRECT VIOLATION OF US LAW, WILL LOSE THEIR TAX EXEMPT STATUS.
- FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS, DOING BUSINESS IN THE UNITED STATES, WILL BE PROHIBITED FROM OFFERING AND PROVIDING ANY INCENTIVE PROGRAM(S), ANY DISCOUNT LOAN(S), SUBSIDIZED CHECKING AND / OR SAVINGS ACCOUNT(S) OR ANY “SPECIAL” OFFER(S) TO ANYONE IN THIS COUNTRY ILLEGALLY.
- PUBLIC EDUCATION, MEDICAL AND DENTAL SERVICES, HOUSING, SOCIAL SERVICES, FOOD STAMPS, SOCIAL SECURITY, MEDICARE, SSI, SSDI AND ANY OTHER US GOVERNMENT PROGRAM WILL BE FOR THE BENEFIT OF LEGAL CITIZENS ONLY RESIDING IN THE UNITED STATES.
- ANY PERSON(S), CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION(S), OR BUSINESS ENTITY HARBORING ANY ILLEGAL ALIEN(S) WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED WITH A FEDERAL OFFENSE AND THEIR RIGHTS TO CITIZENSHIP SUSPENDED.
- GUEST WORKER VISAS WILL BE ISSUED ON A 5 YEAR TRAILING AVERAGE OF THE AGGREGATE NUMBER OF VISAS ISSUED WITH ADJUSTMENTS FOR PROJECTED GDP GROWTH AND / OR CONTRACTION.
- ENGLISH WILL BE THE ONLY LANGUAGE USED IN THE PUBLIC WORKPLACE, PUBLIC EDUCATION SYSTEM, FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OFFICES AND FACILITIES, HOSPITALS AND RELATED MEDICAL FACILITIES AND THE FEDERAL COURT SYSTEM. ALL VOTING FOR FEDERAL OFFICES WILL BE DONE IN ENGLISH ONLY.
Two provisions almost certainly to be included in any Obamacare legislation have already increased the price of insurance dramatically in states with similar measures. "Guaranteed Issue" requires insurers to accept all applicants, regardless of their condition, past or present. "Community Rating" effectively prevents insurers from adjusting premiums to account for projected risks. Massachusetts, New York and New Jersey adopted both policies and people in those states now must pay family premiums twice the national average.
President elect Obama says all pre-existing medical conditions will be covered in the Obamacare proposal. If illegal migrants are added to the rosters of indigents in line to receive benefits, these expanded policies will exacerbate existing problems making healthcare costs skyrocket, not go down, overcrowding doctor's offices and hospitals with people waiting in line for health care.
Have you asked yourself why Obama wants the new plan to cover some 20 million illegal aliens ? It's very simple. Compassion is not his motive. For the same reasons he's willing to throw older folks under the bus, and also enlisted the ACORN thugs to help with the census, he’s counting on gaining access to 20 million illegitimate votes for himself. He cares more about Obama’s liberal, socialist agenda than legal American citizens. Well, guess what ? He is not fooling anyone. We are willing to operate by faith over experience for a while, but we are not fools, and we are not going to let him get away with it any longer. Neither should you!
